CALLING ALL WOMEN OF COLOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS IN NEW YORK STATE
The HerRise PitchFest, in partnership with Molloy University and sponsored by National Grid and Scroobious, is providing one small business with a $5,000 equity free grant.
Celebrating 10 years of HerRise events, invited guest will join HerSuiteSpot Founder Marsha Guerrier in honor of women’s history month to honor trailblazers in media and business with the HerRise Women’s History Month Awards and our live HerRise PitchFest.
The HerRise PitchFest competition provides a platform for a select group of women-owned businesses to compete for a chance to win non-equity funding for their small businesses.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Participant must be a HerSuiteSpot member with a small business registered in the state of New York and fits the following Eligibility Criteria:
- Business is 51% owned by women of color
- Business is currently registered in the New York State
- Business registered before 2021
- Revenue under $100K
- Non-profits, franchise, direct seller, authorized reseller or independent consultant not eligible
