The Situation

Djenane was facing a lack of brand identify with multiple brands and wasn’t sure how to attract her ideal customer.

Our Approach

In order to attract Djenane’s ideal customer we redesigned her service modal and product menu. Together we created goals and an action plan that aligned with the business’s sales targets. We redesigned and improved the flow of content the business website to align with product offering to maximize sales.


As a result of the redesign and working with Marsha the client increased revenue and client acquisition of 5 to 10%. Djenane learned how to engage and approach more potential clients when attending in person networking events and when presenting her brand at pop up events. By implementing new sales techniques Djenane was more confident when interacting with client or customer face to face. Marsha’s approach helped me a lot during events.
