The Network
HerSuiteSpot Network was created for women of color by women of color, provides members with live workshops, accountability, access to our career center and learning lab of workshops to advance women in their career or business, a network of support and coaching. We brings together diverse groups of women from all walks of life, expertise, and professional levels. HerSuiteSpot creates opportunities for women to network and learn from the experience of other women who are leaders from all industries.

Startup Mastermind
Women with side hustles has increased to 39%, compared to a 21% average rate of entrepreneurship. Among minority women having side hustles is even higher: 65% compared to 32%, respectively. HerSuiteSpot provides women that are struggling to navigate between employee and employer with community, coaching and consulting that accelerates their businesses to gain access to capital to grow.
Meet The Founder
I am Marsha Guerrier, TEDx Speaker, Bestselling Author, Trainer, Business Analyst and Coach, and CEO of Women on the Rise NY, Inc. dba HerSuiteSpot. I’ve held a career in the FinServ and FinTech industries spanning over 25 years working for Fortune 500 and startup firms, working in areas of Systems Quality Assurance, Business Analysis and Product Management. I am also the founder and Executive Director of the Yva Jourdan Foundation a non-profit organization whose mission is to mentor women and young of girls of color through entrepreneurship.
